Summer porridge anyone? This refreshing recipe is perfect if you need to prepare your Purition the night before. No blender required! It’s super easy and tasty, too!
INGREDIENTS
- 30g or 3 very heaped teaspoons of Purition Coconut
- 40g rolled oats
- 40g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 120ml milk/nut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Purition, oats and milk together
- Stir half of the raspberries through the mixture
- Crush the remaining half of the berries to use as a 'jam' topping and set aside
- Pour the mixture into a serving jar or bowl
- Cover the mixture and leave in the fridge overnight
- When you're ready to serve, top your oats with the jam
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Add some roughly chopped nuts for extra crunch!
- Add a spoon of coconut or Greek yoghurt
