If you're looking for a way to get more leafy greens into your diet, you'll love this apple & kale smoothie!

Kale is in season in the UK right now and is rich in vitamins A, K, C and B6, as well as manganese, calcium, copper, potassium and magnesium.

That's a win-win if we ever did see one!


  • 40g Purition Mac & Vanilla/Vanilla
  • 200ml milk (we used almond)
  • 60g curly kale
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ apple or banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Add ice if you want it a bit colder


  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender
  • Blend for at least 45 seconds, or until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
