1. No-bake haskap berry energy balls 

Looking for a quick, noruishing snack? These no-bake Haskap Berry energy balls are naturally sweetened with dates and packed wuth healthy fats, fibre and protein from Purition's Wholefood Nutrition blend. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon pick-me-up or post-gym bites. 

Ingredients
  • 40g of Purition Haskap Berry
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup unsalted nuts
How to make
  1. Soak 1 cup of pitted dates in some off the boil water for 5 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, pulse a cup of mixed nuts until roughly chopped.
  3. Drain dates and add them to the processor, along with 40-50g of Purition Haskap Berry.
  4. pulse until the mixture is combined.
  5. Scoop and roll into balls - you can use a tablespoon as a guide for even sizing.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
A note on sweetness

Even though these bliss balls get their natural sweetness from dates - it's still sugar. If weight loss is you goal, enjoy in moderation.
