Made with buttery pecans & Ceylon cinnamon
Pecans are one of the best nut sources of both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids; types of fat that can benefit heart health by lowering bad cholesterol.
Ceylon cinnamon boasts powerful anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in antioxidants. Research suggests it can also help to stabilise blood sugar levels!

As with all our flavours, Pecan & Cinnamon is naturally rich in protein, healthy fats and gut-loving fibre to keep you full for hours and support your long-term health.
And despite the sweet & buttery taste of pecans, this flavour contains just 3g carbs and under 1g sugar to keep your blood sugar stable and energy levels high through the autumn season!
Pecan & Cinnamon energy balls
- 40g Pecan & Cinnamon Purition
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup mixed unsalted nuts
- 1 tablespoon of milk or melted coconut oil (if needed)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Whizz to your preferred texture. Roll the mixture into balls and chill in the fridge.

Autumn smoothie: Blend 200ml milk with 40g Pecan & Cinnamon for 30 seconds. Add ice for a cooler shake.
Instant porridge: Add a dash of hot water or milk to 40g Pecan & Cinnamon. Stir and add more liquid until you reach your desired consistency.
Hearty porridge bowl: Make porridge as you normally would. Once heated, stir through 20–40g Pecan & Cinnamon.
Quick yoghurt bowl: Stir 40g Pecan & Cinnamon into a serving of yoghurt.
40g = 4 heaped teaspoons | 10g = 1 heaped teaspoon
