If you don’t love Purition for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 bag of each flavour you didn't love that have been opened, and any unopened bags. Just let us know within 30 Days of receiving your delivery. With our “Empty Bag Policy” you can even return 1 bag of each flavour if they are completely empty!**
How to use your guarantee
- Fill in the form below with your return details (1 opened bag of each flavour is allowed).
- We will email you the address to return your item(s). Mail them back to us in a box or envelope. Email us the tracking number for your return.
- We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Can I get a refund if it's not my first purchase?
Yes, if it’s a new flavour you haven't ordered before you will be eligible for a refund even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.
*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavour without deduction for shipping, handling & VAT if applied.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
